Dragon recognizes the importance of Customer trust. Keeping Customers'
personal information confidential is a top priority for Dragon.
Dragon will safeguard, according to strict standards of security
and confidentiality, nonpublic, personal information provided by the
Customer. "Nonpublic, personal information," for example would include
such information as Customer name, address, social security number, and
credit information. Dragon will maintain safeguards, physical and
electronic, to protect that information. Dragin will endeavor to
conduct business in a manner that keeps personal customer
information secure.
Dragon will limit the collection and use of customer information to
the minimum required to deliver Products and Services.
Dragon will not share personal customer information outside of Dragon
for any purpose other than the administration or marketing of Dragon
Products and Services, unless the disclosure has been authorized by
the Customer or is permitted or required by law.
Dragon makes no guarantee of confidentiality or privacy of any information
transmitted through the internet or stored using Dragon's Products
and Services, and makes no guarantee that any other entity or group
of users will be included or excluded from Dragon's network.
Customer agrees that Dragon may periodically monitor Products and Services,
including transmissions over its network for maintenance, service quality
assurance or any other purpose permitted by the Electronic Communications
Privacy Act or other law. Dragon may disclose such information as required
or permitted by law, or to protect itself or its subscribers.
