Setting up mail in Microsoft Outlook Express

-Select Accounts from the Tools menu.
-On the Mail tab, click Add, then select Mail. The program will then take you through a series of screens entitled the Internet Connection Wizard.
-In the Display Name box on the first screen, type your real name the way you would like it displayed in your outgoing messages.
-The next screen will prompt you to enter your full email address (for example, username@thedomain.com).
-On the next screen, select POP3 from the pull-down menu. Enter your POP3 host (for example, mail.thedomain.com) into the Incoming Mail Server box, and your SMTP server (for example, smtp.thedomain.com) in the Outgoing Mail Server box. The names of both your POP3 and SMTP host should have been provided to you by your ISP or email administrator.
-On the next screen, select Log On Using POP Account Name. Enter your user name (the part of your email address before the "@" symbol), and your password, also provided by your ISP or email administrator.
-After clicking Next, you will be prompted to enter a "friendly name" for the email account. You can enter any name you'd like.
-On the last screen, select your method of connecting to the Internet.
