DRAGON NETWORKS History
Dragon Networks, Inc. (Dragon) was founded in 1994 as a consulting company, focusing on the leisure, entertainment and retail industries. In 1997, executives at Dragon added the active involvement with the Internet in order to tailor services that would better satisfy the needs of its customers. Within the last 12 months, Dragon has been focusing on high bandwidth companies, which can either be a small business that is going to grow in the near future or it can be a mid-sized business with a high amount on traffic. Dragon has extended its customer base to include the education and government industries, and our services now not only include consulting, but also co-location, security, managed access, hosting, remote router and server management and media streaming.
DRAGON NETWORKS Philanthropy
Dragon is a proud sponsor of the Atlanta Dogwood Festival and Camp Sunshine. The Atlanta Dogwood Festival is a non-profit event held each year at Piedmont Park with proceeds benefiting Camp Sunshine, a day camp for children with cancer. Dragon will provide streaming video services for the Dogwood Festival free of charge. As a managed service provider, Dragon has the capability to offer non-profit organizations its technical expertise, which in this case benefits not only the Dogwood Festival volunteers and board members, but also the children who attend Camp Sunshine
